Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) Middle School Orchestra All-Region 24 Auditions and Concert
On October 30, 2021, Middle school students from Region 24, which includes all ISD schools, charter schools and private schools in the cities of Frisco, Little Elm, Prosper and McKinney, auditioned for the opportunity to perform in a Region Orchestra Concert on November 6th.
Region 24 is considered one of, if not the most, competitive regions in Texas, and 68 students represented FCA Frisco in the audition process.
Thank you to all of the students that auditioned to represent FCA Frisco in the Orchestra. This was an excellent experience for middle school students as they progress through their musical journey through years ahead.
When the results were announced, four FCA Frisco students had been selected. They are Jayden Lee (7th grade double bass, Chamber Orchestra), Lila Arthur (8th grade viola, Sinofonia), Coen Tsuda (8th grade viola, Sinfonia), and Sarah Mukaida (7th grade cello, Concert). Congratulations Jayden, Lila, Coen, and Sarah!
