FCAF K to 5th Grade Design A Bag Tag Competition Winners!

The Fine Arts Booster Club would like to thank ALL the students who entered our Design A Bag Tag competition. All the entries were FABulous and we so enjoyed seeing the amazing talent and creativity of our FCAF elementary students at work. Our esteemed judges, Ms. Richter, Mr. Lyda and Ms. Sharpless tell us it was very tough deciding upon the winners.

Congratulations go to the following students:

Kindergarten Winner: Jane Wright

1st Grade Winner: Daphne Rodriguez

2nd Grade Winner: Izzy Zakhary

3rd Grade Winner: Arav Ganesh

4th Grade & Overall Winner: Dominic Zakhary

5th Grade Winner: Claire Owens

All students who entered the competition will receive DQ sundae coupons, one for each member of their family. In addition, our six winners will receive Andy’s Custard Concrete gift cards and our overall winner also gets a Chick-Fil-A gift card.

The winning design will be incorporated into our very first official FAB FCA Frisco bag tags which will be on sale when school returns in January. So don’t forget to buy yours – all profits will go towards purchasing a kiln for our elementary school which is what Ms. Holly Jo Camp wants most of all for her students.

Ms. Holly Jo Camp and I both absolutely loved Izzy Squire’s abstract creation of a Griffin. The booster club has not previously had an official logo and so we have decided to adopt Izzy Squire’s image as our official logo.
